How long does it take to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday. If the item is a pre-order, shipping time will be noted in the item description. Additionally, if there is an unforeseen delay in shipping, we will contact you.
What is your return/refund policy?
All returns must be approved by requesting a return authorization via email to shopsbco@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in original condition-unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.
We issue store credit on all returns. Sizing information is listed in the item description. Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of SB & Co. Boutique. All items that are marked down, accessories, and intimates are final sale, and not eligible for a return.
- Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a SB & Co. Boutique E-gift card.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
