Refund policy

All returns must be approved by requesting a return authorization via email to shopsbco@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in original condition-unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. PRE-ORDER items are non-refundable, and are final sale. 

Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a SB & Co. Boutique E-gift card. No refunds will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Gift Cards are final sale, non-refundable.

Sizing information is listed in the item description. Specific sizing questions can be emailed to shopsbco@yahoo.com before your purchase.

Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of SB & Co. Boutique. All items that are marked down(sale/flash sale/discounted in any way), accessories, and intimates are final sale, and are not returnable. 

All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
